WTB 1971 fj55 ashtrays for doors x 2

I just realized I am missing two ashtrays for my 71 55 interior doors. I don't smoke but don't like the empty hole look. If you have a couple of clean ones, let me know what you want for them.

I've got a pile of them I could dig through. Thought I had a picture in my for sale ad but guess not.

Where you located? I'm in Sac/SF Bay area.

I'd take a buck or two over shipping if you aren't local

Goebs; do you have the metal ones or the plastic ones?.........originally you would have had metal ones but I have seen plastic ones on a 69.....guess what am trying to find out is if you have metal or plastic in your rear door panels? to try to match what you already have....HTH

I have metal openings and the two ashtrays I have are plastic faces with chrome ash metal trays. Not sure what is original anymore on this baby!
I just have the bug to get it on the road soon. All of the little parts are killing me on the completeion...

By the way, I am in Green oaks Il, 60048. And would be happy to pay for trays and shipping if they are the right ones.

Still need two "Plastic" ashtrays.
Anyone have a couple thaat they don't need? Smiking will kill you so you should sell your ashtrays...

after reading the last two posts, i'm confused? do you need plastic or metal? plastic is all plastic, metal is metal body with plastic trim on front

Ige; guess am confuzed also; Goebs; do you need the entire unit.....metal insert with the ashtray that you pop in or just the plastic faced metal pop in tray?

Sorry all,
I have only seen one or two 55's in real life so I am confused at times as well. I am looking for the metal interior with the plastic face. I don't need the chrome metal piece that it goes in cause I have that, just no ashtray to dump my ashes in. Did I mention I don't smoke...
