Up for sale is a very hard to find and amazingly rust free FJ45 Short Wheel Base Pickup with Removable Top that is ready to be driven and enjoyed. This truck has had very few owners and last changed hands in 1989 from the second owner of this vehicle. The truck currently has a low mileage Chevy 350 engine (approx 15000 miles) mated to a Turbo 400 automatic transmission and Spicer 18 transfer case. The truck will cruise comfortably at 65 MPH and can do more. Other features of this truck are Saginaw Power Steering, Chevy tilt steering column,Warn manual locking hubs, a custom aluminum fuel tank and Michelin X Radial LT 31x10.5 R 15 Tires with lots of life left in them. The truck had an exterior respray two years ago which shows extremely well. The pickup bed has been Rino lined and the truck has been undercoated. This truck has several new parts within the past week which include:

-all new tie rod ends
-new front shocks
-new electric fuel pump and filters
-new turn signal lenses
-new taillight lenses
-new belts
-new air filter
-new wiper blades
-all fluid levels checked

All mechanical seem to be functioning properly and the electrical system is also in great shape. The only items that need to be mentioned about this truck are the following:

-odometer does not function----speedometer works great---previous owner said it died back in the 90's---(do have a spare complete gauge set to go with the truck that everything functions correctly just needs to be painted black.)
-fuel gauge reads off due to the new aluminum tank being larger than the original factory tank
-radio is not of the best quality and has a mind of its own

If someone wanted a few upgrades completed on this truck before taking delivery I complete the work for the cost of time and materials---would give you a break on my hourly rate---cummins B3.3 diesel conversion....disk brake...only your imagination is the limitation.
