Troopy
Let me get in touch with the shipper to see the damage on the shipping. If I can get them down a little, I should have enough saved to do it.
Thank you.

start on left side
cut hole
weld in door jamb
hang door
rolling dice on door design, two or three solid ideas out there
full size, two third width etc
whats yer vote?
would like a square window/door front
looking at a wide bpillar to retain seat belt, relocate forward few inches
and to solidify hinge point, retain roof removability...
prollly go LHD while there
do right side maybe, 3 door would be effective
you ready?

Sounds like good plan! 2/3 width door would mirror the crew cab designs. 3 door...meaning two front doors and one rear door on the drivers side?
Ready, set, fabricate!

Makes sense and sounds good. Take some pics as you commit surgery.
Why switch it to LHD?
