Sure thing. It's Stratford Metal Finishing - Home
Be sure to check out their facility photos. They say 50,000 sq ft....and that's no lie. That's just the ONE building that does plating. They have another whole division that does metal casting.
If you are going to have anything plated, hold on a bit until we find out the deal on the hubcaps. As with most things, the more you have, the less expensive per piece. You may also want to consider having me check them out before you pick them up if you do send them on. Out of 40 pounds of bolts, there were about a dozen screws in my first batch that had issues. I took them back and had them replated free of charge, but it was a PITA to go back over there and wait another week for them to go back into the wait list. They turn a LOT of jobs over there.

Oh, and a bitchin FJ45 that may or may not be for sale.

The original price did include the plating. It remains so for those orders already paid for. It will be unfair on my part to ask for more as I have given my word. . The plating issue here means that I will have to increase the price for more orders.
I would be interested in the cost of plating at the US end that we are talking about here. Once we have that, we can decide which way to go.
Thanks
Ehsan

If the plating is to be done in the US, that cost will have to be paid by the customer. My cost included Pakistani plating.

I checked with the guy that chrome plated my latest batch of headers for me and, in batches of 20, I can get them for $25 each.
But he also made it abundantly clear that the hubcaps have to be mirror finished if the chrome is going to be mirror finished. The 'spun' look of the one Ehsan posted will net you a brushed stainless looking cap, not a smooth one. Land Cruiser Junky confirmed this, as he spent hours and hours on each of the repro t-birds he made, getting the mirror finish before he sent his to chrome, and he's sure that's what made the difference in his finished product.
Sooooo, there's gonna have to be a lot more time put into those repro caps before showing them to ANY plater.

Mark. What doees mirror finish mean exactly when it comes to the caps?
Land Cruiser Junky - Can you post a couple of pictures showing the unfinished pieces that you made and the mirror finished ones?
Thanks
Ehsan

Mirror finish is mirror finish, simple. This is what I said in an earlier post. Those caps are a loooong way from looking factory and being in the US, sorry, but that is the truth. Good chrome plating cost a ton of money for a reason. WYSIWYG when it comes to chrome plating. And that is not even accounting for the quality of the chrome itself. I am no expert, but I am thinking that Toyota stamped those when they produced them. Thanks rutbeer for the info.
Edit: rutbeer, what did you have done to your bolts? I see they do Yellow Cadmium. I had a bunch of my bolts Yellow Zinc plated bc no one close did YC.

I understand your point. Please find the pictures (crappy cell phone ones sorry) of 3 of the caps. I will have them chrome plated here in Pakistan and will try to get the best finish that I possibly can. I agree.. Maybe not a factory finish but it should be worth it.
Thanks
Ehsan

Chrome plating is a lot like painting actually. You want the primer (in this case the metal) to be as perfectly smooth as possible. Any imperfection in the primer and it will show up in the final paint. The difference with paint, is that you can color sand small imperfections out. I don't think you can "sand" chrome plated parts, though you can certainly buff the metal prior to plating.
Even in the cell phone pics, I can see the lines in the cap. No doubt those will still be present in the chrome if they aren't worked out.
I do agree that something is better than nothing though. Better to have a cap that's a little off than no caps at all.
