Sorry for the delayed reply.. I have found somone just recently who is willing to give it a go and will start work on it in mid march. The previous person I was dealing with gave up on the hub. :(
I am keeping my hopes high.

Eshan, should we abort this project? and move on? Lots of folks want excellant copies of original hubcaps, but if you do not have the resources availiable, please send the sample Hub Cap back and I will keep trying to find a supplier, thanks for all of your hard work and effort on such a difficult endeavor. Can't wait to see the finished product. Just remember when marketing these that this is the correct hub cap for Cruisers into early 1969. Of course market them in this section first.
Here in the US almost all the cruisers got chrome hub caps while the rest of the world got none. Well at least in the early years. So everyone else got granny transmisssions and full floating axles while we get chrome hub caps. Some how I think we got the short end of the stick. Just got to love Toyota USA.

Update: Its been a while and I have been to a lot of people in trying to make this project a reality. Finally there is a ray of hope. I am desperately trying not to send the sample cup back without being able to make it. ..
I will have a rough estimate on the cost on Monday. I will be making 500 pieces (to make it economical). I would be needing to see if there is still demand for this as I dont want to do such a heavy investment without any hope of a return. . So please be loud with what you want.
Thanks
Ehsan

Yep, let us know the price, even if it is approximate, so we have an idea. I'd also still like to get the rear 1/4 panels for the '45LV if you still have them (I could not generate any interest in a group buy).

Thank you. Yes. Each piece should weigh around 1 kg so shipping via DHL should be a good option.
