You'll have to make a new stalk. It has the stub inside and I can make a pattern of a good one for you.

So how about this? I can loan you a good stalk. If you reproduce a batch of stalks, give me the original and two repros back, and you keep the switch. About a dozen should satisfy world demand. How about it John? Seriously, I don't need money and this needs to get done, I'll never get to it.

Show me a good, clear picture of the stock...I may be able to contribute...it's only fair that I try and help out those who have helped me out thus far If you had an old broken one, then a otherwise useless sample may help even more!

John, you've got a double boxed shipment of unobtainium. I took some pictures, maybe someone will have ideas. I actually broke the lever tonight. They are really bad pot metal, I'd be surprised if most weren't busted in a year or two.

Just thinking, it might be better to have someone CNC it out of stock than go the casting route again. I sent the stub also because the formerly unbroken one was pretty worn out.

Here's the lever by itself. Like I said, it may be easier to have someone rough it out on a mill and hand finish it. I suppose since it's busted now I don't need the original back, and you can be destructive in whatever you need to do.

My first 25 came with a good handle. The secert I use is the old fashion way of using hand signals to save the handle. When I do use it I only move from the base of the handle never the end. I think the biggest problem is the switch get hard to move over the years and should be rebuilt. Funny though mine don't have any of the funny red color your's has on the inside. Maybe mine is missing something.

I did tour the factory where the Ping golf clubs are made a few years ago and thought they could do a good job, but with only a dozen or so made the cost would be to high. If someone does this I would probably be in for three new handles.

Updates from John, he'll have to let you know what the deal is...........but it sure looks cool............. I'm guessing in the second pic, that's a 40 stalk turned and inserted into his machined base.
