That's Arnold's 40, it is pretty nice. Pretty much as he describes it, not some painted over rustbucket usually found up here.

This licensed and drivable FJ40 comes with almost all of the parts you need to do a stock restoration, or you can drive it as is, with a minimum amount of work.
This FJ40 is almost completely rust free: the only rust spots are the two small holes in the driver's side floor. I bought it in 2002 from a person in the Philadelphia area. He said that he owned it for a year, and it had come from Arizona and from the lack of rust, it appears that it did.

The original "F" engine always starts, no matter how long it has been sitting, and runs well, but it does have a valve tap. In 2004, I had the whole clutch system replaced--from the master cylinder to the pressure plate, bearings, seals, etc. The brake master cylinder was replaced (and will have to be redone because it leaks from sitting), as were the tie rods, the exhaust system, and the emergency brake shoes and seals. The emergency brake does not hold and will need some attention. I have never tried the PTO winch.

I have an original passenger seat, which is not usable as is, because the whole back cushion is gone, but the frame is fine with just some surface rust. I also have rear seats, which are complete and undamaged, but need to be reupholstered.

Please email me any questions, or if there are other pictures you would like to see.
