looks like it has no front indicator signals?
No holes for them as well...

is this a semaphore type?

This had the double sided turn signals. Amber on the front and red on the back.

IT should have the embossed bezel that's on the other cruiser for sale.

I think I remember when it was in Utah it had the Land Cruiser stamped bezel.
Probably paid less than the $3K, removed the bezel jacked the price up. I want ot say it but I'm not.

Instead I want Dean's help. I think he was interested when it was for sale in the past here on Mud. Hope about a link to that tread Dean?

Boy, that was last year or something...I thought about it, but figured I was better off with your '63, or better yet, finding a '64/65 tub, or half tub, so I just put it aside...sorry...not ringing a bell right now

Doesn't look that bad John, maybe this could really help you push your early 40 project forward

BTW ...I'll have a '62 40 in my back yard this summer sometime...so if anyone finds a nice '64/'65 tub, or a nice '62 tub and frame, let me know

There seems to big a huge variation on price of 40s in the US - Does it vary from State to State - (or just like Aus where the sellers think they are so rare and worth a fortune - until someone rings up and offers one tenth of the advertised price)?

in Euro it`s 2604
this car is cheap, little rust,
needs little work a new paintwork some rust prevent that`s all.
If I were a collector think I would buy it.
It`s cheaper to buy such a car too that price than to buy a rust bucket and restore it believe me
Cheers
Peter
