I might have the car back on Friday, if no delay with the windscreen.. total cost around $ 2500.. expensive movie! My insurance will pay the biggest part though.

Since the windscreens of the FJ crack easily (stones, debris, angle of windscreen) I'm looking into a protection "layer". anyone?

Check out this thread...it does talk about a protective coating for the windshield. Someone there might know of something you can do with the windscreen.
