Lets see now ...

It was the spring of 1987. I saw her there a blue Toyota 4X4 pickup with chrome roll bars, lifted and all with some extremely knobby tires ... ohh so beautiful I had to have her, so I did what every 11 year old kid did back then and sold PLENTY of aluminum cans to save up for a down payment, and after three months of hard earned layaway payments, I took her home, unwrapped her, put some fresh batteries in and started driving my 1/10th scale radio control dream. Thank you Radio Shack! Thank you.

Now, I’ve always been one to say: "Steve, I'm never buying a new auto. Never! Buying used just makes more sense." Damn FJ! Well … now I'm waiting for my Voodoo Blue FJ to come in, but it’s not so bad, I didn't have to pick up a single can this time around!
