Wouldn't this be a nice surprise.....

hands down i would turn in my keys to both my fj40 and my lx450 to drive that any day.

That would be the real deal! They'd have to price it about as much as a new LX, but it would sure beat gettin a Hummer!

No way...wouldn't want one. It's huge. Other than the FJ40 look up front and a slightly lower/wider stance, that thing has H1/H2 written all over it. High doors, with fairly small windows in them (although this is better than the H2, way too similar for me). Inside look way too Hummer-ish for me, wide vehicle with a big console...no thanks... Now that same vehicle scaled down some, to where it's into the 4Runner/Xterra size would be cool I think, but just way too big at the moment.

Retrocruiser = $300K as it sits, prolly $70K+ in production

FJ "stupid" Cruiser = $17-$25K

I would buy the stupid one before the retro.
