Pintle on rear of FJ Cruiser?

On the rear bumper of my last cruiser ,a '95 FZJ80 I was able to bolt a pintle flat to the rear bumper in the stock 4 bolt pattern on the bumper. I was told the bolt pattern is on the FJ Cruisers bumper also but covered with the plastic bumper trim.
I would like to trim /cut the plastic away and bolt my pintle to the rear bumper. I'm only towing a M416 trailer so I think the bumper will be OK. On the 80 it was not approved to tow with in the USA but its used evey where else the 80 was sold at.
Anyone that has removed the rear bumper can you confirm if the 4 bolt pattern is there?
Thanks.

The OEM Toyota hitch is fastened to the frame using 6 bolts, with 4 of them attached to the back of the frame and 2 go through the bottom of the frame. I don't know if the 4 holes line up with a pintle hook plate.

You can see a photo of the OEM hitch and its bolt pattern in this article.
