My Build To Date
I got my FJ back in October 07 and have been slowly building it up, now I finally feel like I have enough done to post up some pics of my current mods.
Just finished up my Scuba Mod, as you can see I started it like everyone else, but I routed the hose up through the rear into the cabin and attached the filter to the bottle jack.

I finished my suspension install last week. I went with Icon Rear Springs, Fox 2.0 piggybacks, and the Icon External Resies with TC UCAs

I couldnt justify paying 100 dollars for roof rack mounts so for my ax I used some simple U-Bolts and to hold my Hilift I used some 1 1/4in tube clamps with some upgraded hardware.

For my front bumper I contacted stan at toyoutfitters to have a custom tube bumper made...I also threw two 7in HIDs on there. The winch is a superwinch 9.0 epi

I used a Bandi mount for my CB and ran the wire under the truck and brough it up through the center console so that I could hide all the wires, I then mounted my cobra cb to the top of the center console.

next came audio, I replace all the stock speakers, fit 3 1/2s in the dash, added 4in speakers in the rear pillars, a 10in sub and a new head unit.

The guys down at SD truck Shop did my exhaust system...I have an AERO turbine muffler with JBA headers and custom bent pipe to allow for higher clearance.

after doin the scuba mod I wanted to make sure nothing was going to pull on the hose and there was no contact or rubbing so i tried to get as much articulation that I could out of my driveway.

The next mods to come are going to be sliders, skids, a re-gear to 4.56, and possibly a supercharger...and finally the paint job to a mat desert color with the bottom plastics rhino linned

i ran the FJ up and down the street for about 15 minutes and havent been able to smell anything
