Wilderness FJC Roof Rack

I'm restoring a Wilderness Rack for my FJ55 and went to Garvin Industries site and found this.

Not sure about the price but I did let them know about the Mud, also mention they should become a vendor and offer a discount for members. Check them out at www.wildernessracks.com.

This guy has list and his selling prices listed for the full line.

Toyota Wilderness Roof Racks

It appears that they make a basket that fits the FJC OEM Roof Rack as well as a unit that bolts straight in to the OEM mounts.

Pricing looks pretty attractive. I still think I like the ARB or GOBI units a bit better.

07 FJC 6MT So far pretty standard.

Looks like this FJ is going to be a money pit.

I installed the ARB 1/2 roof rack and added a light bar with 4 Hella Micro DE lights in front of the roof.

This is a nice option to the higher priced models out there. I was considering one of the "low profile" models but found it has a cross bar right in the middle of the basket. I have an awning that is about 5.5 feet long when folded up so it was not going to be able to sit down in the basket of the low profile model , but this rack will work well. Also I see it has a 300# rating.

I don't really like the 'squared' look. I'm going to install the Basket insert from WAAG. It's similar to the drop in from Wilderness, but is full-length.
