dual oil filters?

just wanted to know if any one knows of this mod
i ran into a guy once that had one he gave me his number but i lost it
any ideas on where i could get an adapter?

Why?

I've only seen them on show truck trailer queens that don't get driven.

Why reduce your oil pressure that much?

i know a few people that run them that seem to get super long lasting motors
just wanted to hear if anyone else uses them.

you could always just change your oil more frequently if you want a super long lasting engine. The thing is, you already have a super long lasting engine.....its a Toyota!

How much does the AMS oil dual system reduce?

It's not going to reduce pressure, only back pressure across the filters (i.e. the pressure drop before the oil galleries.

well let me how it turns out for ya, and yes i love toyotas thats all i've owned for the past 15 yrs!
i even got this cheezy pic when i was 16 at mt baker (WA) and im doing that toyota jump....classic
