Cowboy4x4 Front Bumper Buildup

I havent made the flares yet they are after the rear bumper. The front bumper gets a winch and skid plate in the center

here is the winch tray, I think Im going to add steel to the left and right outriggeres behind the tube for branch protection but still retain the tube look. the bumper weighs 65lbs as of now.

Which winch are you going to install on the bumper?

I think it looks much better with just the center hoop. I'd remove the left and right hoops, or change their form.

I think smaller loops would look good, those loops don't follow the grill lines and look out of place. IMO
I like the bumper are you going to be selling these or is this a one time fab?
I wish I had the equipment to do that stuff

Not trying to get all personal and such, but how much do you have in that fine piece of engineering?

Thank you I've been debating taking on the endeavor myself. But have been putting it off because I didn't know if it would really be cost effective,

Thats a nice set up if you look closely he has rubber bump stops so when it folds back it doesnt hit metal on metal. Yes I made my light bar set up. My set up could be folded foward to go in a garage, but it would get old very quick undoing the bolts every day. A quick release setup would be a better idea.I'm not even sure if my fj would fit even with the bar down I will have to measure.

How'd you build that front bumper cowboy. Could you send me the plans/ design? I've been trying to find plans similar but can't find any.
