So, I pulled the subwoofer a while ago. Apparently, I am getting old and cargo space is more important than loud music.
Here's my question. Do all FJ's have the subwoofer wiring? Is anyone interested in trading my subwoofer for the rear panels and cubby box.
I would just buy the panels but as you would expect the cost is silly, $190 for the three peices.

Pardner, there are many people who would be thrilled to trade with you and give you money. You can put it on EBAY and make the deal conditional with someone first sending you their parts before you send them your pieces and end up with an extra 3 to 4 hundred bucks or take to over the fjcruiserforums.com and put it in the for sale and they'll buy it (usually for a little less, but it avoids the auction process) and trade you their pieces. I just got mine in that manner. I firmly believe in getting a deal as much as the next guy, but I don't want to see you taken advantage of either. And yes, all of the FJs are prewired for the subwoofer. Good luck

How do you take the subwoofer box off? My friends FJ had his First Aid kit in a cubby hole back there....

He didn't have the subwoofer. I am gonna have to go check some things out. I thought I asked for the first aid kit, maybe not.
