I realize that other threads may have posted information concerning a hitch install but I thought this might make a sticky or something and could help with people searching for the information based on the use of the correctly named accessory - Tow Hitch.

good info, thanks - I'm planning installing just the receiver and not the pigtail to accomodate my bike rack or other accessory rack.

1) Approx how long did it take you?
2) Looks like the only "special" tool required is a torque wrench?

That is the only factory opton I ordered on mine. Looks like it was worth it... but then you got to post this nifty tutorial. Thanks.
