High Jack Mount for the stock roof rack? (1 Viewer)

Who makes a bracket mount for the roof rack? I don't want to uses tie downs!

These are the Slee mounts First Toy mentioned.
I had them on my Yakima Load Warrior rack on the Yak crossbars.

What you need to buy is the Yakima 10V mounts.

Here are my Slee Hi-Lift mounts mounted to the Yakima ones.

I drilled a hole through each bolt so I could padlock them.

how about mounts for the gobi rack theirs are like $229.00 kind of pricey!! any other options anyone knows about for hilift and shovel and axe .

Make your own shovel mount.
Once again, Yakima plastic snaps to the rescue.

I used the Yak Snap Around like I had used for the Slee Hi-Lift mount on the 4Runner.

If using a stock FJ rack, those Yakima 10V mounts will nce again let you do a home brewed shovel mount like I did.

Just sub the 10V mounts for the ones I have above.

Does the Gobi rack have flat or round slats on it?
I am sure you can maybe get a Yakima mount to work.

Demello has some cool looking mounts for the high lift.

I just picked mine up. Demello clamps are the perfect fit.
Demello also makes sliders, and is working on skid plates and a rear bumper. The owner has his own FJC and is working hard to bring new products to market.

I will try hard to get my Slee/Yakima mounts on this weekend, and get a pic of it and the Hi-Lift.

I want to install the Bentup sliderz first though, and if I get time I will put on the Slee mounts.
