Wife got laid off today. my job is crap. We've been talking about moving South and most of our friend's favorite city is Charleston. How is the job market there? What are some of the bigger companies that have offices or headquartered there? My wife is (was) a marketing director at the Staples HQ here in MA. I'm in sales so I can get a sales job fairly easily. How is the cost of living? What are the negatives about Charleston?

Might come down for a visit in the next few weeks.

Mine works but was changing out my vacuum lines and got to last two lines and one of the nipples popped off of the HAC.

It is one of the air inlet lines not an actual vacuum so going to super glue, seal with silicone and then see if that works in meantime...hopefully it wont affect performance much since I am at sea level. It is a discontinued part so none of the dealerships have them so hoping one of you guys that did engine swap or desmog has your old parts still.

PM me if you do with cost and shipping so I can get it in mail to me tomorrow...thanks a bunch.

if not I might be getting a Trollhole carb and desmog the whole damn thing....shame to waste all this brand new pretty blue vacuum line though. LOL

Stopped and talked to the guy and he said he was from Germany and that he and his wife are on a trip extending from alaska into south America. I asked him if he has heard of ih8mud before and he said he is a member of the forum. I didn't think to get his forum name at the time but wish I did. He was sitting there looking at a south carolina map and I assume his wife was getting supplies.
