Ideally, I want to live in a condo or townhome instead of a house. I am single, have no kids, nor a bunch of belongings. I do, however, have 2 vehicles that I work on regularly. The idea is to have a condo or apartment close to the city and a garage or workspace out past the burbs.

I'm not sure if this even exists but I would want to buy a garage big enough for 2 vehicles, 2 post lift, tools, storage, etc. Is there such a thing as storage units that can be purchased and used as a garage? Or something similar?

while it is off I want to make sure there isn't **** in the lines between the pump and the filter,

what is the best way to make sure that that it is clear? Any advice on pit falls to watch out for when I drop the tank? I bought all new parts, gaskets, ect from Dan.
