i need to secure this stuff...

for trips and such. hows should I tack it down, or should i worry bout that?

That's pretty amazing how well those fit like that. I would move them forward against the cab and think about something along the lines of a load bar. I would want something tallish, to make sure none of the drawers open, maybe something as simple as a 2X6 or as trick as something you could weld up and drop into recesses inside the bed. Toolbox and fuel cans are definitely your heaviest items - want the weight as centered and as low as possible. If you left them where they are, you could just get a piece of 1" angle iron and bolt it to the floor as a stop, but then you'd still have to secure the top, and you'd be back to some form of load bar.
