Hi, just thought i´d post some links from 2 expeditions gone by Icelandic people, one in canada and the other to the south pole, all done in "cars" hope you´ll enjoy

the blue econoline actually broke the speed record from patriot hills to the southpole.

edit: found an english site: http://www.voyageconcepts.co.uk/travel/ic_thedates.htm

the sites aren´t in english so I posted links to the pictures, since they speak a thousand words

also a few years back some guys took 3 80 series landcruisers and went over greenland and the southpole, I´ll try to dig up the websites.
