↵ Created VFD and PLC control panel layout schematics
↵ Trained production personnel on how to use Wonderware HMI (human machine interface)
software for day to day plant operation.
↵ Helped troubleshoot AS-I/Control Net/Device Net I/O networks.
↵ Setup & calibrate Yaskawa VFD (variable freq drive), Allen Bradley VFDs & single speed motors.
↵ Worked on MCCs that used AS-I network for I/O (motor running, JOA switch positions, motor
trip, overload, etc).
↵ Worked with various types of digital and analog sensors (press, flow, proximity
(inductive/capacitive), distance, etc).
↵ Worked on natural gas burner control panels and gas trains that used Honeywell actuators
for fuel/air mixture.
↵ Received various safety awards for promoting a safe working environment with no lost time injuries.
↵ Worked with 120vac/480vac/24vdc electrical systems

Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering

Travel:
Willing to travel locally, domestically or internationally (less than 50%)
