IC7000 in car

two months ago i buy an icom ic-7000 after being without radio for many years... I'm radioamateur and offroader. So I think to mount icom in my toy80 for using all frequencies performed by ic7000.
All of us have a CB in the car, or at least a VHF radio transmitting device for use during our exit. The device ic7000 is built to withstand vibration, but .... what happens inside an offroad veichle is different from the stresses of a car on asphalt.
I decided to make a frame, fully depreciated by the car chassis, which allows me to mount the radio in the car in a space under the front passenger seat.
This object is made by recycling various materials present in the garage and it is difficult for you to do the same. You can see some ideas for your development if you need a cushioned and removable media to be placed around the half Vs. Let's go with some photo:

Neat.

Thoughtful location and mounting. Is the auxillary cooling fan always on when the radio is on?

no, the fan is connected to the 12V of the seat heater and starts manually by using the manual switch of the heater(disabled on the seat)
