Newbie Question: Is there a radio that can be a 2-meter and CB?

I'm completely new but I understand that Land Cruiser clubs use CB and or 2-meter radios to comunicate while on Convoy.

Is there a radio that can do it all, or a mod that can make a radio do it all?

Just curious.

Not that I'm aware of. The main thing is you are talking AM and FM radios.

No, the FCC rules, as well as probably the rest of the world, does not allow that. Most 2m radios are way more powerful than a CB.

If I were you I'd do like I did and skip the CB. 2m is MUCH better! Those that are still CB are going over to 2m.
