Any recommendations?

I'd like one that receives AM/FM/Shortwave and is water/weather resistant. I was hoping to find one reliable/durable enough to leave in a plastic storage container at the dock. Cell phone charger feature might be nice as well.

Grundig/Eton(sp) we have one and its great, they make a ton of versions, none more than $80.
