Ham Forum

greetings,

I'm a new Tech class ham, and I'm now a bit lost. I have made a few transmissions etc, but not much more than that. My question is Mud and other forums have been a great help with my Landcruiser knowlege, is there a forum for Hams that have helped? I live in rural Nevada and the closest ham club is about three hours away. The internet is the best place for me to learn about new things.

Have you had any experience with them?

I've only used QRZ.com. A few trolls on there, but most of the people are helpful.

I have a few northern Nevada HAM resources listed in the BBCNN forum

HERE

Here is a link to the Elko Ham club

Elko Amateur Radio Club

You should drop by our forum once in a while. We need more trails to run in the East.

I'm about to give up on them, most discussions seem to devolve into how easy the new No-code guys have it and how we are ruining HAM.
