Does adding the oil before I fill up constitute mixing it properly? I should point out that the '40 hibernates during the winter and only comes out in the summer so would having veggie oil mixed in with the fuel and let sit over winter be a problem?I usually top the tank off prior to winterizing.

Was at my diesel shop today they informed me the NEW ULTRA LOW SULPHER DIESEL will be out in the USA in 2010.
