Question 1 PZ tranny and V6 tranny.

The bell housing off of the 1 PZ bolts right up to the V6 tranny. But the input shafts are different lengths. The tranny's look identical for the first part anyway. The input shafts are the same diameter, so I was wondering if the input shafts can be interchanged?
