Where would I find.........?

I am trying to find production quanties (number of vehicles produced) and locations (country) for several different types of land cruisers. I am looking FJ45 pickups long or short bed, FJ/HJ 45/47 Troop Carriers, FJ43 (or BJ43 if there is such a thing), as well as the BJ40/42. I have searched the internet as well as this forum and I have not found the information that I am looking for. I am specifically interested in left hand driver side vehicles. But any info that I can get would be awesome. I am interested to see what wasn't offered in the USA. Any one please let me know if I am not being specific enough.

Thanks for the feed back. On this TLC FAQ 4.1 I am seeing Austrailia Canada USA & Japan for vehicle distribution of specific models. I am wondering what was available (Model wise) in Africa, Middle eastern countries, Europe, and Central/South America? And roughly how many of each of these models were available (if available) In these regions of the world?
