My new bumper with PTO winch on my HJ61

Here you can get an idea of how I did't. It's not finished yet as you can see. I'm going to sandblast it and paint it. I've a bullbar to put on too.

Looks nice--works better with the straightish body lines on the 60 series than tube bumpers I think. Well done!

Push Bar

nice, I went with a more simple design but when the time come for a winch (although I will prolly go electric) I may have to change it a bit.

Heres mine

Thumbs up

Interesting how you raised the winch above the frame horns. I've been thinking on how to incorporate my PTO winch in to a stout bumper design as well. Good work.

If you take a look at the pictures it looks like he's got a pretty good body lift on it.

I've 3" BodyLift. I think its possible to instal the PTO winch as high as I have done with little less BL. The radiator must be put higher to make room for the winch driveshaft.
I made the 3" BL to make room for 35" BFG MUD
When I started with this PTO winch position modification (I wonder what that meen ), it was clear that the original place was too low and too long out for offroading. Therefor I had to do BL and I wanted a stronger bumper to hit logs and rocks with

Now my winch is almost 4" higher and 4" towards the radiator. And I must say my self it already looks cool even without paint

B

I was considering tube bumpers for a while, but my mind didn't like that so I did it with U-beams. But you should see that the angels on the beams aren't normal in anyway anymore. I've cut them, bended and etc.

Nice to hear that you people seem to like my new winchbumper. I did it myself with my friend.
