Polarity?

Are the 24v imports negative ground? My factory radio seems to indicate this on the case, but I'd like to be sure.

Yup...if the chassis is connected to the negative terminal of your battery (or battery bank) then it's negative ground.

There are very few vehicles in the world that are postive ground anymore...I think some old British vehicles were? 99.999999% are negative ground.
