Fuel tank recall?!?

I know that FJ60 fuel tanks were the subject of a recall campaign a few years ago. Does anyone know if that also included the diesel versions like BJ60's?
I seem to have a few diesel spots under the truck when it is full and parked. I haven't had the opportunity to drop the tank yet, that will happen in early January when I've got some time to work before needing to renew my import permit.
If there was no recall, is a FJ60 tank and a BJ60 tank the same?? I know the diesel won't need all the vapor recovery stuff that the gasser has.
