I guess for us Canadians this is an ongoing problem. The thieves must have hit a curb at a pretty good speed because the right front wheel is noticably out. I'm gonna have to find a shop that can figure out what is wrong. Any suggestions?
If the alignment is off something is bent. An 80 should easy to align. I would try another shop. It's basic alignment. Toe in and centering the wheel.
Are you in BC? The coastal cruisers are an awesome resource for lower mainland. They have a section here on mud.

take a look at the steering and relay rods to make sure that they aren't bent

Nothing appears to be visually bent and there is no obvious impact on the undercarriage. The camber on the right front wheel is out by 2" so there is something bent or broken internally. I'm in Lethbridge Alberta and I have only had the rig since April. I havn't found a reliable shop that has the expertise and is willing to work on an import. Any ideas on where to get parts in my neck of the woods?

Try asking on ivoac.ca ( the import vehicle owners association of Canada). There are members in your area with JDM vehicles who may be able to point you in the direction of a good shop and / or parts supplier close to you.

Actually I'm in Alberta and I did not have comprehensive coverage on the rig. So all repairs are gonna be out of pocket unless I can claim for damages when the thieves are charged . The thieves were a group of 5 or 6 native girls between 14 and 18 years old . They used the rig to ram down parking meters so they could get the change out of them. I'm still trying to compile a damage list but it is a slow process because the vehicle was never sold in the Canadian market. If the camber problem turns out to be a bent axle , and including the body damage I could be looking at 5k to get it back in the condition it was in before the theft. If the gas did any damage to the diesel engine, the vehicle will be getting pretty close to being a right off. BTW I'm not having a really good week. LOL

How was it stolen? Did they just punch out the ignition? Sorry for the newbie question but I am curious how easily our trucks can be stolen. got me an alarm and kill but still curious.

i never have to worry about the truck being stolen as long as my two mutts are inside...
if you are brave enough to open the door and climb in you DESERVE to have the truck, especily since you will be easy to identify... missing your face...

a toggle under the dash shutting off the fuel is simple and to 99% of the people out there that will be deterent enough, if the person REALLY wants your truck they will come with a tow truck and take it...
