Glow plug voltage levels?? on a B series diesel
hey guys
i have been having abit of trouble starting my truck since i got it running anyway im just wondering what sort of voltage should i be getting at the plugs themself?? im currently getting 11v on the plug number 1 and then 10.9 on the rest should i be getting 12v at every plug?? thanks mitch |

You need to replace all your plugs at once and you should have 10.5V plugs in your 12V slow glow system:

i replaced all the plugs last week and its still reading the same as what i stated before, does anyone have any idea why the motor doesnt start easy?? everytime i wanna start it now i have to run 2 bits of wire from the battery to 2 of the plugs and then it starts.
any help would be great, thanks mitch |
