Glow plug sensor strap is now totally fried off. I NEED to connect to the juice somehow. I see two possibilities. 1. Connect to the correct contact on the fender relay. 2. Connect to the two leads that are now bolted to the resistor on the intake manifold. For number 1, I can identify the battery connection (always power). Is the other large wire the lead to the glow plugs? For #2, I'm not sure which lead is the full glow wire. They are about the same diameter, except the one on the bottom has a larger connector. Thanks for any help.

Number 1 question should be :- do you know what caused/why its fried?

Nope. No one else seems to either. It's the second one that's burnt out. (the second was used) Seems as though the plastic insulators connecting it to the manifold go bad first. Doesn't imply causality. At any rate, I don't need the sensor since I've gone manual. Also not interested in paying ridiculous Toyota prices for this junk.

Got it. The wire to the plugs is the large black with blue stripe. Pulled the strap and wired directly to the busbar. 10 secs. to the best winter start I've ever had. Very cool. And cheap…
