Cool Fuel filter for 3B

Hi to all cruiser junkies!

I'm totally new to the site, a total rookie, and this definitely seems to be the place for finding cruiser info!

I'm running an '89 BJ62 (swapped my old 84' 3B into a rare mint 62 body). More on that later if anyone is interested in the swap.

Question for today: Can anyone recommend a fuel filter/water sep. to install upstream the lift pump for the 3B. I'm now switching over to home made Biodiesel and wanted a little extra protection. Any thoughts on max fuel flow rates, filter particle size, brands, bio-compatability, installation location, etc. would be great!

Thanks, MdR

maybe a racor 30 micron filter. Then the stock filter at the IP can catch the 10 or lower stuff.

The racor can be heated too.
