AC Blower speed control

Hi folks ..

Since 2 ( or more I'm not sure ) years I have only 2 speed for my AC blower .. 3 -4 no 1 -2 funtion ( AC start but the blower not ) I'm pretty sure is quite simple ( as in my old Celica ) are one box that control the blower speeds ..

The issue is, I don't know where is this box, relay or wahtewver that do this funcion .. It's my intention try to solve this with my Tencha in the body shop.

any help .. ?

Probably the resistor.
Check the housing of the blower for a squarish part, held in place by one or two screws and three wires leading to it.
When you take it out there should be a spiral between studs. One of these is gone.

If you search this forum for 'blower ' I think y'll find several postings regarding this problem.

David, I think the blower resistor is on the heater housing down around the gas pedal.
