Is it possible to retrofit a piston skirt oil cooling system to the 2H? Reading the debate thread about the 3b vs. 2H, it seems like some people were asserting that possiblity...

I doubt it. You're talking about drilling and tapping into the oil galleries in the block. I can't see that being a realistic proposition.
