Can anyone tell me what this glow plug is for?

Bosch # 0 250 201 019

I'm attempting to cross reference my glow plug before I drop another $60 at Cummins. I *think* the number also works for a 79 MB 300SD (not sure of the SD denomination). Any ideas?

I googled the hell out that number and only cryptically came up with a MB number....

But found a link (somewhere) that traced it back to MB and had a picture. Went to Napa today- CumminsStuff.com wanted $60 last time I talked to them- Napa had autolites for $12 and Autozone wanted $18 for OE Bosch. Dang.
