HJ47 inspection

Anybody know of someone in the Edmonton Alberta area that would be able to look at an HJ47 and assess what needs to be done.
Also a good place to get an out of province inspection that knows diesel Toyotas??

unless it is one of their own in which case an independent is recommended... just for piece of mind...
