BJ-60 Starter and Wiring: HELP

After a summer of paper work we finally got our Landcruisers back from Canada. You can read more of in under "Importation Success Story" same forum. So after testing both vehicles I found the BJ-60 to have a couple missing components under the hood. All on the driversside fender behind the battery. It appears and acts like I have no start relay, no click, no battery draw when I turn the key. However where the start relay is on the HJ-60, I have a plug that goes to nothing. Square plug, 2 wires, 12 gauge, white wire, red/yellow stripe wire. Does this go to the starter relay? It must be something important with the size of those wires and the starter is the only thing that doesn't work. Or appear to work with out being able to get it running. So here are the connections I need help figuring out what they plug into:

These two connects are right behing the battery tray on the drivers side:

Round plug - 2 wires - blue and white/black stripe - 16-18 gauge

Square plug - 2 wires - white and red/yellow stripe - 12-14 gauge

These two connectos are just behind the glow plug relay also on the drivers side

Square plug - 2 wires - black/white stripe and white/black stripe 16-18 gauge

Round plug (blue) - 2 wires - black/red stripe and white/black stripe 16-18 gauge

The first three plugs are all like white plastic, the blue is the only colored plug. Any help with figuring this out would be awesome. Can't wait to here them run.
