1PZ engine and 5 speed

$3500. Located in portland. This engine tests at 540-560 compression. I have only run it briefly on a stand and it ran well.

The trans is an R151 which makes this a possible setup for install in a pickup or 4-runner but its a bit long overall for a 40.

The PZ is not an extremely beefy diesel like the older generation 3B or 2H. It has an overhead cam which = less block mass and fewer parts overall.

Needs clutch components and a slave cylinder (which I could source)

I have a 12V or 24V fuel cut for the fuel pump.

You're offering up all sorts of goodies. Unfortunately, this one won't work for me. If you get any more h55's, let me know.

btw for anyone wondering - this is not a mine engine from canada. Its a JDM engine most likely from a PZJ77.

Awesome deal and I'd take it any day over a 2h or 3b - a much better engine in my opinion. Also, parts are very easy to get for this engine and tranny/transfer.

3500 - very good deal.

How many kms on it?

This may sound wierd...but would you be willing to sell the tranny and tcase seperate. I'm assuming the tranny has the tcase behind it?

Lynch,
I'm interested in that 40 series H55f you snatched up a while back (ha ha). What's it going in?

Next time you're heading to the Rubicon, swing by and let me see what you're taking in. I'm about an hour down Highway 50 from Loon Lake.
Greg
