2H engine with all ancillarys

I have a 6cyl 2h engine in my Land Rover 110. The Rover has 114k the engine has far less. It never smokes, or leaks and is in outstanding condition. I want to retrofit a Rover TDI engine in the truck and offer this running engine that needs nothing complete with all ancillary's. I have the factory workshop manual and have spare NAPA GOLD oil and fuel filters as well as spare belts. Great engine and gets great milage.
Asking $2k for that price I'll deliver it on a pallet to Forward Air. Come drive it-

does it have ac and power steering?

It has power steering but no a/c compressor.
