Check out ebay in Australia or Australian related website for alternators, most are 12 volts every now and then there are some 24v units.Otherwise you can buy a new diesel alternator and bolt the vacumm pump on the back.Have you tried o get this one repaired at a Auto electrician shop?

x2, if the vacuum pump on it is fine, why not just get it rebuilt by a shop which specializes in industrial equiptment, marine or tractor electrics. They tend to be the ones which are competent with 24Vs.

I don't have the specific part number but I second Wareob, and Canucksafari; Find an industrial/marine electrical shop they should be able to source a unit, or rebuild your existing one...
Was your FJ60 converted to diesel or did it start life like that? if it originally had the 2H than it would be an HJ60.... although I always thought the HJ60s were turboed...
