It's a long shot, but hey...

I'm taking a (hazardous-materials technician) class the first two weeks of November in Fraser (next door to Winter Park), and money is SUPER tight. Does anyone have any Cruiserhead friends who'd like a couch surfer for part or all of that time?

Two unpaid weeks off of work is going to hurt enough, and if I have to pay crazy hotel rates, I won't be able to swing it. I'd be happy to offer a couple of dinners out, computer work, sewing, or who knows what in exchange for a couch or floor in the area.

Seriously though, I have never been to the area. Lodging in those types of areas is usually outragous.

Alex, If only your timing was mo betta! We sold our condo At Sol Vista (Silver Creek) a year ago. You could have soaked in the hot tub every evening after being wiped out from all the leaning going on. Sorry man.....
