July Meeting Minutes (Yeah... I know...)
Sorry for this being so late. I have a million and a half things going on every week so this has sadly slipped through the cracks. Fortunately, Julie has taken over for me. =)
Attendance:
Bruce, KJ, Paul, Julie, Frank, Amanda, TJ,
Moab trip: Beginning of September. Week of the 8th. Rising Sun is welcome to join us for this trip.
Next year, Frank will not be returning in an officer position.
Look up spotters guide to help train new people.

Toyota Trails Magazine:
You should be getting them if you have paid. We are now listed and have our logo in the magazine.
Bob has been nominated for President.
TJ Seconds.
If Bob is voted in and DOES NOT accept, Frank will take the position and Bob can continue as the Vice President. Frank will be voted on at the next meeting if Bob doesn’t accept.
Bob is the TLCA Rep.
Julie has been nominated for Secretary.
Bruce Seconds.

Colorado Land Use Officer: Paul

None opposed.

Raffle will be held off until next month or next highest turn out.
Next trail run is the 8th at Holy Cross. Also the same weekend as the rising sun rally.
We would like to try to get our trails planned out 2 or 3 months in advance.
Colorado Association in Empire: Approximately 250 vehicles are going to be there for 4 wheeling.
If you’re going wheeling in August, let us know and someone may join you.
A lot of this is now out of date but I figured I would post in anyway since it is all what we talked about.
