Change....again...
Well, long story short, I'm back in an 80 series. The 40 just couldn't fit our needs as a family of 4 with 3 dogs and a popup camper...it wasn't going to see any action.
I ended up trading for a built 80 series which is ready to go. I'll miss the 40, but this is definitely a better fit right now and will get used. My kids are greatly appreciating the heat as I'm playing Mr. Mom for the next month while my wife is in school. Short List: lift, new 35's, 4.88's, ARB's F/R, metal tech sliders, ARB bumper, rear homemade tire carrier, adjustable control arms, and a buch of other stuff...the Stereo is nice lol So I should be out wheeling soon...finally...again... |

Looks great man. Read Ur thread on RS site a few days ago. I can imagine how you feel, the 80's are definitely nice and provide a larger rack area.
I have a super nice 4 in foam samurai rear seat showing up soon. My kids to be more likely to go with me now. -until they outgrow it.

That 40 you had was sweet. You change rigs like I change my underwear...lol.
Very nice 80. __________________ Toyota still builds real Cruisers. They sell them overseas. |
