Sand Creek Run This Weekend ??

Those are the coordinates. Anyone want go meet up at Livermore at 9AM Saturday the 17th?? We can run through Red Feather, past Deadman's Hill to the TH (co-ords above) to the end of the Sand Creek Pass, turn right and head north on Sand Creek road (80C) towards our home destinations, mattering on your reference point(s).

This should be an easy trail, just temps in the 40's, flurries and lots of miles/time, that's why I proposed 9AM so we could all get home earlier. The more the merrier.

Let's take a look at this trail. It may be the last chance until June 2008.

I'd love to make a run this weekend but I guess plans for a vegas vacation should make a priority

Went to Sand creek with a friend as a passenger. Snow packed icy conditions. Whoo-hoo! Posting up pictures as soon as I get around to it.

Trail head, middle and end shots. I didn't take the 336C loop. It had a little deeper snow on it with no tracks. Most of the upper main trail was greasy slick, but controllable and fun. Great views heading back to Poudre Canyon
